Sales Executive required for blue chip cleaning and security company. Proven track record in selling required.

In order to continue our expansion plan, we are seeking a dynamic

 

Sales Executive- Contract Cleaning and Security

 

Momentum Support is a market leader in property services, which delivers an unparalleled quality of service and care across all the service divisions- cleaning and security. From Daily cleaning and hygiene services to security services, our trained and professional staff maintain the highest levels of dedication and attention to detail.

 

The ideal candidate, will be experienced in selling services, in a target driven, business-to-business market and will be expected to have the ability to negotiate high value sales contracts for all sectors of our business- cleaning and security.  You will be responsible for project management of contracts from signing through to start-up.  Travel within the Leinster region will also be required. A Company vehicle will be supplied. 

 

Applicants should be highly motivated, well organised and goal oriented individuals, with excellent selling skills and a dedicated customer service orientation. The candidate must bring strong negotiating skills and ability to close deals. A full clean driving licence is essential. Experience in the contract cleaning industry is desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

POTENTIAL SALES FOR CLEANING AND SECURITY CONTRACTS

 

  • Identify prospects and generate sales leads within Company’s target sectors
  • Qualifying sales leads
  • Canvassing for business
  • Make initial contact with customers
  • Manage and maintain Sales Database
  • Consistent track record of success in closing deals.

 

 

PREPARING TENDERS:

 

  • Visiting prospective customers and pricing potential contracts
  • Working from template documents, prepare quotes for business
  • Presentations to prospective customers
  • Active involvement in new contracts until full handover to Operations team completed  

RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS:

 

  • Maintain strong working relationship with customers
  • Establish contacts in target sectors

 

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:

 

q       Self motivated individual, to work equally well on own initiative but also as part of a team

q       Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a dedicated customer service orientation

q       Ability to sell ideas at senior level

q       Ability to think and plan strategically

q       Professional with excellent communication skills

q       Have drive, determination and persistence

 

 

 SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

 

q       Strong negotiation skills

q       Excellent communication and organisational skills

q       Full clean driving license

q       Have at least 5 years strong sales background with proven track record, combined with well rounded business experience.

q      Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
