French speaking Sales Administrator required in Navan.
We are looking for a Sales Administrator, based in Navan, to work with our customers in Europe. The successful candidate will be fluent in French and will work closely with our Sales and Manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Interaction with clients and customers by phone and e-mail;
- Assist with the administration associated with the sales function, including all paperwork such as:
- Order processing;
- Credit Control.
- Liasing with Production and Despatch to ensure customer requirements are met;
- Assessing customer issues and requirements, building a high degree of customer care and focus;
- Maintaining accurate customer files and information;
- Producing end of month reports.
- Fluency in French is essential;
- Fluency in a second European language such as German or Dutch would be beneficial;
- Flexibility to travel to external meetings, should the need arise;
- Previous experience within a multilingual Sales Administration environment is advantageous;
- Ability to communicate and report precisely and accurately;
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
