Retail Site Manager - Contract Cleaning

We are now inviting applicants for the position of Site Manager for a prestigious retail contract in Dublin City Centre. You will be responsible for supervising the Momentum cleaning services at this site including front & back of house, restaurants and dealing with various stakeholders on a daily basis. You will ensure that the Company’s high standards are met in areas such as customer service, recruitment, staff training, Health & Safety etc. 


This role offers the right person an opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the ongoing success of Momentum Support.


 The desirable qualities for this role are:

  • People management skills
  • School leaving standard qualifications in Maths and English
  • Flexibility with regard to working hours
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff
  • Ability to multi task while maintaining high standards
  • Proven experience in a similar position.


Some Responsibilities will be to:

  • Ensure the delivery of services to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of the customer.
  • Achieve and improve all site operational key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Assume responsibility for the recruitment, training, development and performance management of the entire team.
  • Ensure you are visible and contactable whilst on duty, and that plans are in place for escalation out of hours or during absence.
  • React in a timely manner to any issues that arise, support their resolution within the scope of the contract.
  • Manage staff appropriately, and follow relevant HR procedures
  • Manage the delivery of the contract to budget.
  • Ensure and promote a safe working environment.
  • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
  • Support any customer initiatives which could lead to longer term benefits to both the customer and Momentum Support.
