Role Summary

The Projects and Reporting team in EMEA Credit Services provide support to the wider Credit Services team in the following areas: creation of reports, implementing solutions to further automate reports and improve accuracy, coordinate the role out of new systems and  processes, process reengineering, transitioning of new business and any other project or reporting deliverables necessary as the business evolves


Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Execute the reporting schedule to meet the Client’s and the business’s needs:

Create business intelligence reports including forecasts, trends & DSO’s reports.

Build all required reports using various tools across multiple systems from data retrieved in alternate formats

Review reports prior to publication ensuring a high degree of accuracy is achieved

Deliver all reports within the agreed timelines and standardised formats.

  • Deliver continuous improvement within the team:

Identify and implement solutions to automate reports while improving accuracy

Work to reduce the turnaround time and increase the team output of creating reports

Assist and train colleagues on new reporting processes and any adhoc requests.

Ensure all reporting procedural and training documentation is accurate and up-to-date

  • Lead or participate in Projects within the team

Create and maintain project scope documents, plans and status reports

Liaise with all relevant groups when setting business requirements for new projects

  • Support colleagues by providing back-up on projects and reporting activities
  • Provide assistance to the Projects and Reporting Team Lead
  • Maintain flexibility around working hours to complete deadlines and interact with overseas colleagues
  • Complete any other activities deemed appropriate by Accenture or the Client

Personal Specification

Required skills/competencies/experience

  • Third level education in Business Studies / Finance or IT
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Results orientated
  • Fluent English


  • Knowledge of Microsoft products and services
  • Knowledge of banking procedures, methods of payment, or experience of credit and collections functions
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Visual Basic, Access and SQL skills
  • Fluency in a second European Language
