Recruitment Plus is now seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our award winning team in Stillorgan, South Co Dublin.

  • The Recruitment Consultant will use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies across the Commercial sector within Ireland
  • Identifying new prospects and qualifying them to create genuine new business leads
  • Must maintain an excellent understanding of client companies
  • Meet sales targets in line with KPIs set by management
  • Establishing relationships with new clients through business development and marketing campaigns; Will set up client meeting in order to build and develop relationships
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers and candidates.
  • Helping candidates to identify and achieve their career goals, and encouraging continuing professional development.
  • Will advertise vacancies and attract candidates via wide range of social media and job websites
  • Coaching and leading candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
  • Informing candidates about the results of their interviews- both positive and negative.
  • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression.
  • Working towards and exceeding targets that are set quarterly and annually.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Candidate will come back a background in the Commercial sector with sales/account management or recruitment experience
  • Target driven individual
  • Strong team player but also able to work on own initiative
  • Ambitious with high energy levels.
  • Must be an excellent communicator with very good interpersonal skills
  • Good PC skills are a required- MS Office; Word, Excel and Outlook etc.
