Recruitment Plus is currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Administrator who will support our Temporary division of the business.

6 months contract with view to permanency

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will come from a busy office environment with proven ability to multitask.
  • Previous payroll experience is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible approach and good team player.

Core Responsibilities but not limited to:-

  • Administration support to our Temporary division on any payroll queries and getting payroll ready for processing each Monday
  • Handling holiday requests, P45 requests, Bank Holiday processing etc.
  • All temporary employee documentation including but not limited to skills certificates, visa documentation, including  all related filing  - ensure all documents are requested, received and retained in order for internal audit.
  • Keeping records updated with regards to all compulsory documentation and tracking documents to secure updates for all our temporary staff.
  • Monthly - ensuring documents for Temps for internal audits are pre-checked and in order. 
  • Dealing with all payroll queries in an effective and efficient manner
  • Responsibility for all temporary invoicing
  • Responsibility for all social welfare forms
  • Preparation of all induction pack for new temporary employees
  • Providing temporary cover for our two temporary consultants whilst on holiday
  • Reference checking all temporary staff.
  • Supporting Temporary consultants on internal database updates when required.
  • Supporting recruitment selection and initial telephone screening and organising interview time & date
  • Full responsibility for all Temporary files - ensuring they are updated within one week of induction. Issue relevant Contracts of Employment / Employee Handbooks and ensure they are retuned prior to temporary worker arriving on client's site ( ie. Commencement of employment)
  • Printing induction packs for new Temp starters
  • Responsibility for new mobile payroll phone and dealing with queries promptly.
  • Reception is a shared responsibility
