Experienced Recruiter required for contract role with award winning talent acquisition / recruitment team

We are currently seeking to hire a Recruitment Specialist for a six month fixed term contract (with a view to longer), who will manage some roles within experienced hiring but also manage the onboarding process for graduate and student hires.  The role will be based in our Stokes Place office in Dublin.

We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:

  • A 2.1 honours degree in business, HR or similar discipline
  • Solid two years’+ experience within recruitment (agency or inhouse)
  • Experience of managing the full cycle of hiring
  • Evidence of flexibility within current/previous roles
  • Strong attention to detail and administration skills (strong excel skills is highly desirable)

Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:

  • Proactively attracting and sourcing candidates directly via a range of methods to include but not limited to: websites, social media and internal systems
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal clients / hiring partners as well as candidates
  • Decrease cost per hire and time to hire metrics whilst maintaining a high quality of hire
  • Preparing and negotiating job offers
  • Ensuring a smooth on-boarding process for newly hired employees and proactive candidate management to ensure they are engaged throughout
  • Collate onboarding data for the HR Operations team and run regular reports on new joiners
  • Interview scheduling, contract generation and onboarding administration during holiday cover and/or busy times
  • Given the nature of the role and the high volumes the role will require the successful candidate to be flexible in terms of managing their own roles, managing onboarding and recruitment administration at times
