The Position:

Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) is currently looking for a Receptionist. Reporting to the CCO and COO, you will work out of the Limerick office.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • PA to CCO and COO  
  • Manage reception and all queries that comes through
  • Assisting CCO, COO and senior management at conferences
  • Invoicing Expenses, scanning, photocopying etc.
  • Stationary Control
  • Preparing meeting rooms for internal and external events
  • Coordinate Travel arrangements for the Limerick office
  • Management of petty cash
  • Generating sales reports
  • Editing presentations for senior management as required

  • Excellent understanding of Business Stakeholder needs and expectations

  • A professional telephone manner
  • An ability to prioritise own workload

 

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a fast-paced PA/Office Receptionist Role in a Multinational Environment or travel agency
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong typing skills and a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
