Indaver leads the field in sustainable waste management in Europe, with facilities and operations in Belgium, Germany, Ireland and the Netherlands. Our trademark is delivering high quality, cost effective services in the municipal, industrial and specialist hazardous waste market across Ireland. Our waste-to-energy facility in Meath is the first of its kind on the island of Ireland. We process over 220,000t of residual waste each year and produce electricity to power 22,000 homes annually.

Role & Responsibilities:

The Project Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support for Indaver’s Northern Ireland project and commercial activities. The position will cover the following areas of business but not limited to Supporting Energy from Waste projects in tender and implementation and Supporting regional commercial activities.

  • You'll ensure the project team has the tools and information to progress work streams and meet deadlines.
  • You'll assist the project team in meeting the project timelines.
  • You'll ensure complex tender documents are prepared to the company standard.
  • You'll coordinate the information for input into SAP for sales orders and invoices.
  • You'll maintain timley administration of TFS notifications requests to facilitate movement of waste.
  • You'll ensure Client’s requirements are met during the project commencement and delivery phase.
  • You'll assist with preparation of NI Business Development communications.

Experience and qualifications:

  • A level or equivalent; Degree will be an advantage.
  • Three years relevant experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft word.
  • Advanced Excel, MS project and PowerPoint an advantage.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to cope under pressure.
  • Customer Focus.
  • Good Numerical Ability.
  • Team Player.
