Personal Insurance Sales Advisors required for Contact Centre in Dublin based Irish Broker.

Personal Insurance Sales Advisor

Our Personal Insurance Sales Advisors are responsible for generating sales of motor and home insurance policies on both an inbound and outbound call basis. Interaction will be with union members and public sector employees who are current and new members to Cornmarket Group Financial Services.

 

The role of a Personal Insurance Sales Advisor includes:

  • Generating sales of motor and home insurance policies.
  • Meeting targets for call activity, sales and service standards.
  • Lead capture - e.g. Motor, Home and Health Insurance products
  • Interacting with all clients in a friendly, professional and timely manner.

 Successful candidates will have the following attributes:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Target driven
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Quality-focused approach
  • Excellent PC skills

 

  • A minimum of 1 year telesales experience.
  • Proven track record in generating sales.
  • Ambitious, results orientated, desire to exceed target to earn bonus overrides. 
  • APA/CIP Qualification desired however assistance will be given for this qualification to be secured within the timeframes outlined by the Central Bank and Financial Regulator.

 

Full comprehensive training will be given to successful candidates. Our next training intake will commence in mid December.

Attractive salary is on offer plus commission and benefits.

This role is a ‘controlled function’ as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011.  Any appointment will be conditional on the company being satisfied that the appointee meets the requirements as set out in the Fitness and Probity standards issued by the Central Bank.
