Principal duties and responsibilities:

• Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• Coordination of travel arrangements
• Attend Management meetings; take and disseminate meeting minutes
• Produce sales figures and report templates
• Liaise and build rapport with key Customers and Suppliers

In addition to the above, other responsibilities for this position include:
• Support to Head of Medical Devices, e.g. travel arrangements, quotations and marketing materials
• Event Management, playing a pivotal role in supporting & executing Marketing activities
• Managing customer issues & recalls, liaising with sales team, Customer & Supplier
• Deal with general inquiries & requests from Customers and Suppliers


Qualifications and experience:

• Relevant qualification plus three years’ experience
• Experience in the preparation and compilation of tenders would be beneficial
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Knowledge of web based CRM and/or SAP would be an advantage

• Ability to work in a team environment where strong flexibility, time management & prioritisation skills will be key
• Professional communications skills required
• Ability to use own initiative and show discretion
• Flexible approach to working hours during busy periods

• Full-time, permanent role
• Excellent remuneration package commensurate with experience will apply
