Job Title : Pensions Administrator <b style="mso-bidi-fon

 

Job Title : Pensions Administrator
Job Type:  Temporary  Full-time (6 month contract)
Reporting to: Service Manager Group Pensions
Duties and Responsibilities required

·         Responsible for administration of own portfolio of Group Pension Plans including more of the complex cases

·         Dealing with panel of priority brokers and building effective relationships with them

·         Ensure accurate allocation of all contributions and adherence to legislative measures

·         Full scheme administration and excellent portfolio management

·         Issue of all the necessary documentation within required timeframes and co-ordinating overall output for the client

·         Ownership of responsibilities over and above those at individual portfolio level

·         Responsibility for reporting on the delivery of business measures within the team on behalf of the team leader

·         Provide support to the team leader and take ownership of workflow within the team in his/her absence

·         Attendance at Service Meetings for panel of brokers
