Overview

Benefit Solutions - Aon Hewitt is currently looking for an Senior Pensions Administrator within the Benefit Solutions Business, based inDublin1.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional service to a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Build strong relationships with each client & the insurers / providers within the Market.
  • Oversee the day to day administration of the schemes within your portfolio, such as
    • Dealing with individual member, trustee and employer queries
    • Renewal Tasks: Liaising with the client at pre-renewal time, Vetting renewal data, Checking benefit statements.
    • Checking finalised risk account & liaising with the insurer on any errors etc.
  • Ensure that compliance requirements are met,
  • Installation and Wind up of schemes.
  • Highlight Sales Opportunities / leads to the Consultant
  • Ensure house-keeping and client files are in order.
  • Engage in various team projects.
  • Keep up-to-date with legislative and budget changes.

 Position Requirements - minimum

 The Person

 The person required for this role must show the commitment to superior service delivery expected by Aon Hewitt and by our clients. Strong technical knowledge of Pensions, Word & Excel is a requirement.  The Person must also have strong Interpersonal Skills and hold a minimum of 3-5 years pension administration experience. 

 Qualification

 Achieved or working towards qualification in QFA
