We’re looking for ambitious people with analytical minds to grow our brand and market share across global markets in multiple languages.


We are an award winning global online company who has gained recognition for our products, business models, solutions and innovation. Based in Dublin, we are truly international with over 80% of our business based outside of Ireland. We manage everything in-house, from building websites to localisation to marketing. Our PPC team is responsible for driving the majority of new customers to our website. We have seen considerable growth over the last few years, demonstrated both by our own revenue and market share, and by industry recognition for our efforts and results. However this has only served to fire up our ambition further!

We’re expanding our team again. We love people who love data. We believe that the key to large scale, successful PPC campaigns is understanding the numbers behind them. We’re looking for ambitious people with analytical minds to grow our brand and market share across global markets in multiple languages.

Some experience that is important to us:

Managing large PPC accounts promoting travel or sales focussed B2C websites

Setting of strategies, clear priorities and tactical objectives to optimise channels for maximum profit potential

Managing large budgets and exceeding revenue targets

Managing and interpreting large quantities of data to provide action oriented recommendations

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Managing testing, analysing results, making recommendations and implementing changes

Growing online brand presence in new and existing markets

Key areas you’ll be responsible for:

Management of PPC campaigns through Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft, plus additional local search engines as applicable

In-depth performance analysis , resulting in clearly defined action plans

Conversion optimisation, including implementation and assessment of beta tests in campaigns and on website

Ownership of a portfolio of markets

Overall online marketing strategy for markets, including potential recommendations for non PPC activities

Creation of KPIs for key sales and account performance metrics

Creation of full competitor analysis per market

Drive improvements and changes in content and product offering, benchmarked against competition, to grow market share

Brand building through targeted display advertising

Identification of any non-PPC related roadblocks to growth of market share, and if any, development of plan of timelines and resources needed to overcome them

Critical Competencies:

Minimum 3 years experience in PPC, with additional experience in commercial environment

Personal Effectiveness: Produces outstanding results by being proactive and committed

Goal setting / short term planning: Achieves results by setting goals using quality planning, analysis and decision making

Analytical Skills: Analyses data and strategies to recommend performance improvements

Organisation: Excels in time management and project prioritisation

ROI focus: Strong business acumen

Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills

Fluent English necessary, additional languages a major advantage


Marketing, statistics, economics, finance or language educational background

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with an ability and willingness to quickly become an expert in industry and in-house tools

Certified in Google AdWords essential, additional certifications in Microsoft adCentre or Yahoo Search Marketing an advantage
