ABOUT VISION

VISION is an international consulting firm that delivers breakthrough solutions in Customer Service, Leadership Development, Call Centre Excellence, Organisational Culture Change and creating efficiencies in major Capital Projects.

VISION is currently seeking to fill the role of PA to Group CEO.

 

PA support to the Chief Executive

  • Prioritise activities and complex diary management
  • Ensure all requests/emails are responded to and maintain and updated contact database
  • Co-ordinate and manage travel requirements
  • Plan and arrange meetings and conference calls, ensuring appropriate technical      arrangements are in place and all necessary information distributed to appropriate parties.
  • Maintenance of files and other records; extraction and retrieval of information there from.
  • Preparation of any relevant documentation required

 

HR Support

  • Prepare new employee contracts and ensure existing contracts are renewed as required
  • Manage relationship with Heath Cover providers – negotiating pricing arrangements, ensure Health Cover is in place for current employees at all times
  • Liaise with employment agencies as required and support the recruitment process as required

 

Business Development Support

  • Support business development activities – sales presentations, proposals, events and functions

 

Skills & Experience

  • Educated to degree level
  • Significant previous experience in a PA role, preferably within a professional services environment
  • Experience of dealing with highly confidential information
  • Good understanding of administrative processes
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates team working ability and approachable at all times
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to project a competent and confident manner
  • Excellent planning and organising skills and ability to prioritise work
  • Able to manage diverse routine and ad hoc administrative projects simultaneously using creativity and independent judgment
  • Proven ability to exercise judgment and act proactively and independently in absence of manager
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to think ahead and take initiative
  • Resilient individual who thrives on working in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Demonstrates a positive approach to tasks and a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • High level of knowledge and skill in use of e-mail, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience of dealing with highly confidential information
  • Good understanding of administrative processes
