Job Description

The Project Management position will require 3 + years project management related experience and ideally strong familiarity with client/ product data to drive strategic initiatives, manage various technology enhancements and operations projects. The prospective candidate should also have strong relationship management skills and presentation skills while having a strong global team focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects of various scopes and timeframes
   o Prepare project plans, monitor progress, resolve issues
   o Interact with Technology and Operations groups
   o Communicate across functions and levels
• Act as liaison among Europe, Asia, and US teams
• Provide ad-hoc analyses for group management
• Support broader group efforts as well as direct responsibilities


Requirements

Essential
• 3+Years project management related experience
• Relationship Mgmt skills
• Strong presentation skills (speaking and PowerPoint)
• Well organized / ability to multitask
• Strong data analytical skills including Excel
• Ability to work independently or with others
• Capable of organizing and managing ad-hoc cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and written skills
• Financial Industry experience
• Strategic Initiative experience
• Able to well work with Global organization, substantial Asia and US interaction

Desirable
• Strong process review skills (Six Sigma)
• Client / Product data knowledge
• Knowledge of AML/KYC and other related regulations
