Key Responsibilities

• To manage all operational processes in the Moscow office; liaising with clients, distributors and providers as required. These will include some or all of the following:

- Medical, Death, Temporary/Permanent Disability Claims – data entry, policy and medical adjudication, processing and payment of claims forwarded by both medical providers and directly from members;
- Client Services - enrolment and subsequent renewal of local groups and members;
- Medical Services – pre-authorisation of planned treatment.
- Provider Services -  Developing and maintaining the Provider Networks

• The consistent delivery of agreed key performance indicators and other metrics.
• To devise and obtain approval for headcount and resource plans which ensure continued delivery of agreed service standards as business levels increases.
• To develop and continually refine objective mechanisms to measure the productivity and effectiveness of individual members of the Department and to devise and implement strategies to increase their productivity.
• To develop and implement strategies to continually enhance a strong customer focused culture within the office, liaising with other relevant parts of the business as necessary.
• To identify training requirements and, in co-operation with other relevant parts of the business, to devise and implement strategies to address these needs.
• To develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments and support them according to their needs.
• The continual monitoring and review of business processes and procedures, including systems innovations, and the implementation of agreed process enhancements.
• The management of internal quality assurance processes.
• The provision of regular and ad-hoc management information.
• To develop and maintain relationships with major clients, intermediaries and providers in order to ensure maximum business generation and retention.
• Communicating with clients, distributors and providers as required in terms of cost control strategies, liaising where necessary with other relevant parts of the business.

Experience Required

• 5 years experience within a Health & Disability industry in a managerial position
• Departmental management experience, within the service delivery functions of such a company.
• An exposure to sales and or finance would be an advantage.
• Fluency in Russian & English essential
