Principle accountabilities:

- As an Operational Excellence Leader you will be identifying process, equipment and documentation improvements
- Implement continuous improvements across all value streams, monitoring effectiveness and measuring results
- Maintaining and documenting Operational Excellence key process indicators and developing strategic improvement activity
- Work with Focus Factory teams (Quality/Manufacturing/Operations/Planning) to deliver robust and effective solutions to optimise manufacturing performance
- Mentoring, coaching and coordinating all plant Operational Excellence candidates to achieve internal certification

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

- As an Operational Excellence Leader you need to have a degree in Engineering or other related field
- Experience in a similar role or proven project management experience of high impact cost reduction projects
- Minimum be Green Belt trained and certified

Preferred requirements:

- Received formal training in Lean Manufacturing

Other skills:

- As an Operational Excellence Leader you need to have English language skills to business standard
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven leadership, teaching and teamwork skills
- Team player
