Negotiator for King and Associates in Ranelagh, Dublin 6


King and Associates is a property agent situated at the triangle in Ranelagh Dublin 6, who are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Negotiator to handle property sales and lettings.


The successful candidate will qualify for the new PRSA Licence have excellent communication skills and will be required to develop relationships with our clients, ensure all properties are marketed to a wide audience, show properties at viewings within and outside office hours, negotiate with buyers and tenants.



  • New Business Generation of both Sales and Lettings
  • Account Management
  • Purchaser and Tenant Viewings
  • Client Meetings
  • Handling and conversion of inbound enquires.
  • Liaising with tenants, buyers and solicitors


Person Specification

  • Qualify for new PRSA licence
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work on own initiative
  • Drive and determination with excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional attitude and approach to all
  • Vibrant and energetic
  • Pride in their work, going the extra mile
  • Have a full driving licence
  • Flexi able towards working hours as evening and weekend work may be required
  • Valuation experience preferred but not essential

Qualification: From a recognised provider e.g. IPAV


Minimum experience: 2 – 3 years experience in a similar role
