MyJobGroup is part of, a privately owned Irish Multinational with operations in fifteen different countries. The group operates primarily as an Online Job Advertising Medium with business interests in various diverse markets including Ireland, UK, US, China, South Africa, Central America and the Caribbean.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager for the Company who will be based in Sheffield. The candidate must be an ambitious, energetic, motivated self-starter who is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast moving corporate environment, and where a flat management structure exists.

The role includes but is not limited to the following:-

  • Implement high impact ATL and BTL consumer and business campaigns
  • Social Media Marketing - creating, managing and growing the company's presence though blogs, Twitter, Facebook and other strategically relevant online properties
  • Roll out and manage marketing projects
  • Implement business and consumer PR campaign in conjunction with our PR agency
  • Manage on-going market research projects
  • Gather competitive intelligence and new product ideas from the market and share insights with the management team
  • B2B and B2C Email marketing and communications
  • Organise B2B events
  • Management of the marketing budget
  • Other ad hoc Marketing duties
The Ideal Person

  • Strong digital/online marketing experience
  • Familiar with and have good contacts in the UK market
  • A recognised marketing qualification
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Not afraid to take responsibility with a "can do", problem solving attitude
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Proactive and independent
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good computer skills with high level of competency in all Microsoft Office packages, especially outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ideally, applicants for this position will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a marketing management position and will have a proven track record at working in all areas of marketing.
