Marketing Executive – contract role

 

Marketing Executive – contract role

An exciting 7-month contract role (maternity leave cover) in one of Ireland’s leading law firms.  The role reports to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management 

  • To promote, drive & maintain the William Fry brand both internally and externally
  • To maintain the brochure suite (‘look & feel’, copy production, overseeing of translation)
  • To manage advertising in collaboration with external agencies
  • To source and manage merchandise

Digital Marketing

  • To deliver and maximise the Firm’s digital presence
  • To maintain the website, to track analytics & to maximise SEO
  • To manage production and distribution of the Firm’s ezines
  • To manage all social media projects and policies

Public Relations

  • To develop and implement PR activities to support the Firm’s marketing strategies
  • To write and edit copy
  • To manage the Firm’s media relations

General Marketing

  • To execute or assist with events, seminars and corporate entertainment
  • To assist with sponsorship opportunities
  • To work with the marketing team on other general marketing tasks as and when required

Requirements

  • 3rd level qualification in Marketing/PR/Communications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a communications, brand or digital role
  • Significant digital marketing experience with an excellent understanding of social marketing strategy, CMS, SEO and analytics
  • Excellent IT skills - MS Office, CRM systems, CMS systems, emailing solutions and design experience, Adobe Suite photoshop/indesign/illustrator
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop highly effective relationships with key internal/external
    stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering results with a pro-active attitude and approach to team working
  • Excellent verbal, business writing, and presentation skills with high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent ability to manage time, to work under pressure, to manage multiple projects and to meet deadlines
  • Some flexibility as regards working hours (office hours are 9am to 5.30pm but many marketing activities take place outside these hours)
