The position: Manager Support and Training in the Dublin HQ support & training team

Role/Responsibilities

  • Lead team members and promote teamwork and cooperation
  • Implement training and support tools such as: e-learning tool, Wiki, IVR, ticketing system, etc.
  • Coordinate and revise training modules (material, training reports and feedback)
  • Provide 2nd level functional support to the internal users on tools including: CRM, CMS, ERP, etc…
  • Provide management with information and feedback regarding quality of the tools, including suggestions of improvement
  • Monitor progress and effectiveness of department trainings.
  • Manage effective communication to the end users on a regular or ad hoc basis (downtime).

 

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organized and motivated
  • Aptitude for understanding and solving problems
  • Resilient under pressure
  • A strong customer focus is required
  • Innovative, creative, flexible and self-directed
  • PC literate and proficiency of MS Office
  • Fluency in English is required, French an advantage
