GL Entertainment Distributions Limited, is seeking to fill a Book-Keeper /Logistic Coordinator position in our Dublin, Ireland office.

 

ROLE RESPONSABILITIES (by Areas)

 

ACCOUNTING

  • Accounts Receivable:

    • On a daily basis, be able to code, receive, post and reconcile customer ledgers.

    • Be able to maintain customer open invoices, professionally, accurately and consistent.

    • Full turn invoicing:  Create Sales Orders, Prepare Invoice, Post Payments, and Collect receivables – Send Statements.

    • Generate/Export to excel reports as requested.  Provide accurate, up to date information to Managers directors and Sales Reps.

       

  • Accounts Payable:

    • Be able to Generate Purchase Orders, code/receive inventory, and reconcile purchases on a daily basis.

    • Be able to maintain supplier open invoices, posting and paying accurately and on a timely basis.

    • Administrative expenses, posting and payments of all bills:  Stock purchases, Freight, Administrative expenses, etc.

    • Schedule and processing of outgoing wires – daily

    • Generate/Export to excel reports as requested

       

  • Stock:

    • Quantity on Hand Lists (Maintain accurate, live list)

    • Price Lists (maintenance)

    • Levels and reorders.

    • Cycle counts schedules and reconciliations with warehouses.

       

  • General:

    • Bank Reconciliations – Daily

    • Office Supplies

    • Understanding of FX, multicurrency operations and effects.

       

  • VAT/VIES INTRASTAT

    • Be able to retrieve, process and transmit information regarding VAT/VIES and INTRASTAT on a monthly basis to our Accountants.

LOGISTICS

                Outgoing:

    • Coordinate with freight forwarder, costs, schedules, and tracking of merchandise from warehouse to customer.

    • Logistic warehouse compliance of all documents.

    • Import declaration forms for VAT requirements

  • Incoming:

    • Coordinate with freight forwarder, costs, schedules, and tracking of merchandise from supplier to our warehouse.

    • Export declaration forms for VAT Requirements

  • Administrative Logistics:

    • All communications, coordination, and due diligence for warehouse operative costs, maintenance and insurance.

    • Capability to do a manual handling of small stock incoming and outgoing (“hot products”) to/from Dublin office on a “need to” basis

       

GENERAL ADMIN:

  • General understanding of Payroll process

  • Human Resources

  • Customer Service

  • Liaise with Directors, Accountants and External Consultants

  • Assistant to the General Manager

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extremely efficient and advance in EXCEL, Pivot tables and Lookup functions

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or Related Field.

  • Minimum 3 Years ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 Years IMPORT/EXPORT LOGISTIC EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, additional language is a +

  • Experience working in dynamic, fast changing and fast-growing companies

  • Experience in working with tight deadlines

  • Strong analytical skills 

  • Proactive attitude

  • Strong computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Be willing to travel if needed

Office is based in Dublin 7 (Capel Street area).
