The Role:

This position presents the opportunity to work in an exciting and challenging environment, supporting L&D for our EMEA and APJ teams.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to;

  • Supporting all VCE business functions and HR to identify team and individual development requirements for EMEA and APJ
  • Working closely with our US VCE business, and our strategic partners, to support VCE processes and systems
  • Coordinating regular VCE Orientation programs for EMEA and APJ new hires
  • Ongoing involvement in HR/L&D initiatives and projects
  • Coordinating 360 processes, IDP workshops, mentoring program, director development programs, open enrollment and nomination programs etc.
  • Organising and facilitating all aspects of training and trainers’ needs, including managing room bookings, facilities requests, equipment, supplies, etc.
  • Working closely with Finance on the administration and payment of invoices
  • Reporting on metrics – costs, participants, feedback, vendors etc.


Skills Required:

  • Dynamic, flexible, energetic self-starter, requiring limited direction
  • Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously, as agreed with L&D Manager
  • Experience in HR/L&D program management & HRIS
  • Experience working in a start-up multi-national environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative
  • Demonstrated experience of working with a range of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to multi-task, and with a sense of urgency
  • Patient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with individuals and teams at many different levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work successfully with people of diverse functional backgrounds
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word



  • Learning & Development or Business graduate (or other related qualification)



  • 2-3 years in a related professional environment,
         preferably in a start-up multi-national environment



  • Some travel may be required
