As part of the FEXCO Corporate Payments expansion and internalization strategy a Lead Generation Executive position has arisen to further support the Business Development model.


The successful candidate will:

  • Call prospective clients and secure appointments for the Business Development Managers
  • Research media and marketing lists for suitable call prospects
  • Responsible for the achievement of personal appointment setting targets
  • Lead all client appointment setting activities
  • Ensure all activities are recorded in the business Client Relationship Management System
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Possess a high degree of self-motivation
  • An energetic self starter
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Interested and proficient in new technologies
  • Team player who is hard working, flexible and able to act under pressure and on own initiative

Qualifications Experience Needed

  • Previous experience in telesales/ sales environment and exposure to CRM system advantageous
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Professional Suite of Products, including Excel, Word and outlook.
