Role overview:
We’re currently seeking a Service Support Agent  fluent in Italian who will be based on-site with one of our clients in Dublin 18. This is an 11-month contract and the main responsibilities include maintaining compliant, relevant and high-quality advertisements on  search engine, properties and partner sites by upholding company’s policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inbound customer support for day to day account queries
  • Reactive customer support
  • Review customer account health and provide proactive search optimization suggestions
  • Optimisation recommendations for improved advertiser campaign performance (e.g. keyword expansions or ad copy recommendations)
  • Build, retain and expand customer relationships using telephone, email and marketing materials
  • Maintenance of editorial business rules
  • Management of editorial appeals to uphold/reinforce compliance with policy
  • Effectively follow process and guidelines
  • Ability to partner with other teams within an organization

  • Business-to-business customer service background
  • Intermediate to advanced computer
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and address customer needs
  • Good business acumen with the ability to deliver accurate information

  • Educated to Leaving Certificate level
Other information/circumstances:

  • Candidates must be fluent in English and Italian
