The Google Technical Services (gTech) team serves as the primary point of contact for our global Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships teams to support our sales organization across all products. We provide tools so that our sales teams can focus on generating revenue and leverage our strong relationships with Googles Tech teams to enable our sales organization to do multi-solution selling, launch and support new products, and help and engage our users.

The role: Invite Media Team Manager

Invite Media's Client Services team manages the technical aspects of our largest and most strategic agencies and advertisers in the emerging area of DSPs. As a manager of this high performing team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs), you will be responsible for developing and driving our vision to deliver unquestionably the best customer experience - and motivating and engaging your team to execute on that vision. Day-to-day, your team will be responsible for providing their internal and external clients with proactive consultation and technical support, as well as cultivating positive, long-term partnerships with those clients. You and your team will partner closely with your sales counterparts to optimize, grow and support RTB campaigns for the advertisers and agencies with whom you work.


  • Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to Google's advertisers, publishers and/or users.
  • Collaborate with Specialists, Engineers and Product team members on new feature development.
  • Implement creative ways to improve our client relationships and increase revenue by upselling and promoting other Google products.
  • Provide strategic advice and help solve issues for advertisers by working closely with cross functional and cross geography counterparts.
  • Manage a team of Google's highly talented and motivated sales and support associates.

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree. Proven leadership and is able to demonstrate success in managing high performing teams.
  • Direct management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills conducive to team development as well as excellent creative written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment, with professional distinction in thought leadership and innovation.
  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management within Google.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and drive to completion projects with positive business impact.
