Within Global Mobility Services we have a dedicated Personal Tax Compliance team. We are seeking to hire a Tax Technician who will join our Dublin 2 office.

We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:

  • Third Level Qualification desirable
  • Accounting and or Tax Qualification desirable but not essential
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a busy tax or accounting or office environment or similar.
  • Demonstrable numerical skills/analytical skills.
  • Must have excellent MS office skills, particularly excel 

Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:

  • Delivering and coordinating personal tax compliance services for Irish and multinational clients
  • Preparing personal tax returns for private clients and expatriates
  • Assisting with client tax queries
  • Liaising with Revenue in relation to tax return queries
  • Tracking and updating tax refund schedules
  • Developing a good knowledge of income tax to ensure the completion of high quality tax returns
  • Liaising closely with private clients and expatriates, the advisory tax team and KPMG global offices 
  • Creating and improving processes for the delivery of the personal tax compliance services
  • Assisting with the organisation and preparation of training materials for in-house tax training courses
  • General tax administration tasks
