Imagine the scenario – a successful Global Life Sciences company is growing and is awash with funding, clients, business and opportunities.  The hiring managers are under pressure because they are short of R&D Staff in Life Sciences, Food Technology and Bionanotechologies and other corporate functions in multiple Countries across Europe.   They urgently need to source, assess and hire top quality candidate for multiple roles across the organisation.  They turn to their Recruiter – a confident “go-getter” who can, source, screen and hire.  Now imagine that person was you…

To be considered for interview, your skills and experience will include:

  • A minimum of 5+ years’ recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Specialist experience as a Life Sciences / Food / Tech Recruiter, in either in-house or agency.    
  • A strong background in metric driven recruitment environments
  • Passion and focus on recruitment, with a solid grounding in business
  • Proven success using a variety of sourcing strategies including proactive sourcing techniques using social media and referral generation
  • Ability to build confidence and strong partnerships with Hiring Managers
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as to perform effectively in a team oriented, charismatic environment
  • Strong relationship building and Project Management skills
  • Strong business acumen and the ability manage your time efficiently
  • A college or university degree is desired

On successful hire you will assume accountability for:

  • Advise and partner with hiring managers on full-cycle Life Sciences / Food / Nanotech recruitment, collaborate on job details, and advise on effective candidate assessments
  • Deliver end-to-end search on active roles, including developing job-based recruitment strategies
  • Perform phone screens, shortlists of candidates, conduct and lead the interview process, manage debriefs discussions and offer processes
  • Effectively articulate employment value proposition to all candidates
  • Demonstrate high quality candidate experience to all candidates
  • Work closely with Business Groups and HR Business Partner Teams through ongoing communication in order to proactively develop and execute effective recruitment strategies. Collaboration and strong teamwork is critical
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods to continually build and maintain a talent pool – both now and for the future
