Directly responsible for supply chain planning team (master planners, production planners, analysts).


Primary Duties

 Directly responsible for supply chain planning team (master planners, production planners, analysts).

Responsible to oversee supply chain processes providing leadership and directions to maximize service levels, inventory turns and efficiency.

Lead process improvement project management.

Actively support plant Long range capacity planning (LRCP) and lead monthly Sales & Operations (S&OP) processes.

Mechanisms and objectives

  • Accountable for service levels, materials availability and inventory goals.
  • Participate in project portfolio management.
  • KPI  management / VSM / Cycle time reduction / Inventory management
  • Support Head of Supply planning for regular KPI reporting.(WSA/SNAP) meeting. BOLT Back-up
  • Lead Supply Chain council.
  • Works with quality, manufacturing, PDTS, suppliers, logistics provider (internal and external) in support of business objectives.

Planning processes

  • Support Long Range Capacity Planning processes.
  • Actively participate to the Budget and Forecasts preparation.
  • Lead the monthly S&OP process.
  • Oversight for the monthly planning processes at site level

Material Management

  • Support the planner/buyers team for issues management and to establish general material planning policies.
  • Actively participates in business review meeting with suppliers in order to assess current performance and define future supply guidelines

Team management

  • Provide strategic, tactical and functional expertise on supply chain activities.
  • Manage and coach planning team.
  • Provide direction and active support for escalated issues within supply chain area.
  • Responsible for local/global planning cost centers.

                10 %

      Continuous Improvement

  • Review and analyze supply chain KPIs in order to identify corrective and preventive actions
  • Lead, support and promote projects and continuous improvement initiatives 

Education and Experience Requirements


  • Supply chain, business administration or other relevant education.
  • More than 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong leadership, communication and emotional intelligence skills
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and in particular Excel and powerpoint


  • APICS certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and/or Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
  • Lean green belt.
