This position is based in our EU Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland.

The role: Head of SMB Services Revenue Programs

Google's projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus. As a Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

This position will provide thought leadership and overall program management for Small and Medium Business (SMB) Services Revenue programs globally, working closely with analysts, program managers and operations leaders. The ideal candidate will have significant sales management experience preferably with experience developing, implementing and managing revenue programs at scale. We are looking for independent, solution-oriented performers who are skilled and experienced in using data to drive strategy and business action and who can combine this with a pragmatic approach to deliver workable operational processes.


  • Design, develop and implement programs globally to upsell Google advertising features and functionality to SMB customers
  • Target setting and ongoing management of programs in partnership with the operational teams
  • Manage global operational stakeholder relationships, incorporating feedback where appropriate to ensure programs function optimally in all locations
  • Develop a global team of program managers to ensure programs are implemented and managed smoothly at all locations

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and managing upsell revenue programs in a contact centre environment to enhance the customer return on investment (ROI)
  • Proven analytical skills to understand and utilise the drivers of customer and Google revenue
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated performance in prior experience with increasing levels of responsibility and independence
