External applications are invited for the fixed term position of HR Business Partner on days (24 month fixed term contract)

Job Purpose:

As a member of the HR Team in a generalist capacity  to work with customer groups to ensure HR practices and solutions and add value in the delivery of their business objectives.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Work in partnership with the assigned customer groups to understand HR requirements in context of the area

 

  • Embed Mindsets and Behaviour in the organisation; act as an agent of change

 

  • Work with line management  to support Employee Relations issues including Probation Management Meeting, Coaching’s and Disciplinary Meetings

 

  • Provide integrated HR support to the department / area management team in
    • Initiate, manage and deliver HR solutions and programmes
    • Monitor HR solutions, programmes and projects to ensure they deliver improvement and are aligned with organisational objectives
 

  • Work in partnership with other HR colleagues to ensure consistent, proactive HR support and activity is focused to deliver the overall agenda for the customer group
 

  • Work with  Training and Development to ensure that the customer group receives value for money on its learning and development spend

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3rd level Degree Qualification in HR or related subject
  • 5 plus years HR experience in multinational organisations
  • Excellent general knowledge/ experience with-
    • Recruitment and Selection
    • Employee Relations
    • Organisational Development
    • HR Governance, Polices and Procedures
    • Compensation and Benefits
    • HRIS
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills both oral and written
  • Excellent attention to detail
