                                   HR Analyst - 6 month contract

MIS

  • Headcount & other reporting requirements
  • Process memo/Board paper preparation
  • All departmental bespoke reporting
  • Production of reports in word/excel/PowerPoint

HR System

  • Act as the subject matter expert on the MegaHR system
  • Ensures that accurate employee records are maintained on all HR systems to support HR, payroll and pension administration. Data owner – input and interrogate data ensuring 100% accuracy at all times with SLA’s
  • Production of standard and bespoke systems MI in a high quality and timely manner
  • Payroll
  • Preparation of monthly payroll bureau submissions and review of bureau-prepared payrolls for completeness
  • Dealing with employee payroll queries, and liaising with external payroll bureau
  • Responsible for processing and clarifying all employee benefits (including pensions, health insurance, life insurance, childcare vouchers, company cars / allowances), supported by C&B specialist
Other

  • Provide support as required to the compensation function, particularly during review and bonus periods
  • Project support as required

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • Has excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Email & Internet
  • Has strong organisation skills, is a self-starter with excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage a wide variety of tasks in an efficient manner.
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Is flexible
  • Displays accuracy & attention to detail
  • System savvy
  • Be sensitive to the confidential nature of the information which you will be dealing with on a daily basis, treating issues with the utmost discretion

Psychometric profiling will be used as part of the recruitment process.
