My client with offices in Dublin 2, currently has a need for an experienced HR Administrator to provide support to their busy HR department. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain additional experience in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment. A relevant HR qualification and proven practical experience in a professional services/financial services environment are required.

The following skills and attributes are required:

- Relevant HR qualification

- Minimum of 18 months experience in an office and professional service orientated environment

- Experience of working to strict deadlines

- Experience of working in a fast paced working environment

- Competence in use of Excel, MS WORD and Outlook

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Flexibility

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

- Provision of administrative support to the HR Manager, HR Director and HR team

- Updating HR database and relevant personnel files (as required) as per instructions from HR team

 - Generation of reports in a timely and accurate manner on a regular basis – utilising the HR system, time and attendance system and other relevant HR databases

- Scan, collate and organise training material into annual folders

- Taking responsibility for organising Department meetings to include documenting action items, booking meeting rooms, circulating items for discussion.

 - Processing all post/correspondence on a daily basis in a timely manner and ensuring items are passed to relevant parties

 - Conduct all filing in a timely, accurate, confidential manner

 - Address all phone and email queries in a professional timely manner (24 hour turnaround time for queries where possible)

- Photocopy/Print all relevant documentation for training events, meetings, etc. that may be required. Work with HR team to ensure all supporting documentation is organised & available ahead of scheduled events

- Be responsible for setting up of meeting rooms for training events/meetings/interviews where required

- Pre-commencement liaison with incoming trainees including associated administration of applications for traineeships

- Administration of the co-ordination of trainee placements

Salary: €28,000 plus benefits.

Interviews will be scheduled for the week beginning: 2nd of July.
