My client is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to work in the leisure industry on a part-time 3 year fixed term contract.

The role will require that the successful applicant has previous operational experience at supervisory level in a human resources role.

Role & Responsibilities

Full cycle of recruitment duties including drafting job descriptions, advertising the post, participating in the interview process and staff induction.

Maintenance of personal file of all employees and provide support, advice and clarification to all staff in the areas of company policies and procedures.

Responsible for the review and updating the staff handbook to ensure compliance with employment law requirements.

Put a programme in place to train and support line managers in relation to performance management and staff appraisals.

Administration of the Company Group Pension Scheme and provide statistical reports on staff annual leave, pay, absenteeism, new hire/leavers and recruitment campaigns.

General HR duties which include first point of contact for HR grievance and disciplinary processes, training needs analysis and leading continuous development and improvement of the company HR systems and procedures.

Essential

Minimum of 3/5 years HR experience

Competency in IT systems

A good knowledge of Irish Employment legislation

CIPD Qualified and/or business related discipline
