German Customer Services Coordinator with experience in a customer interaction role (Sales Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Shipping etc) required for permanent role in Meath.


Position Summary:
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager or designate, you will manage all communication channels to customers and help drive business growth through management and development of existing accounts and support acquisition of new business.  Co-ordinate all internal customer service activities and administration relevant to your business unit and prioritize customer requirements.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate within Plant G.M.P regulations and guidelines at all times in accordance with EU GMP Volume 4 Part 1 and ISO13485.
  • Comply with all S.O.P’s in place relevant to your work activities
  • Comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System and relevant standards.
  • Co-ordinate all internal and external Customer Service activities relevant to your assigned Business Unit.
  • Ensure the smooth running of all day-to-day customer service activities and administration, including quotes, samples, orders, shipments, delivery activities, complaints, customer queries etc for their business unit.
  • Monitor and maintain the following on a weekly/monthly basis:- Actual Sales, Budgets, Margins, Projections
  • Provide strong customer support and proactively seek to continually develop the business relationship with all customer personnel.
  • Report on a monthly basis the performance of your Business Unit against the KPI’s as set by the Customer Support Manager.
  • Provide training externally and internally on specific areas relevant to the business.
  • The Business Unit Coordinator will have an understanding of all contracts and/or terms and conditions relevant to their business unit.
  • Carry out projects and duties as assigned by your manager in an efficient, timely and cost effective manner.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer interaction role (Sales Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Shipping etc) within a progressive environment.
  • Experience in Account Management.
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Demonstrable project management skills.
  • Fluent German & English essential.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • A self-starter, you will have the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation.
  • Must have a flexible approach to work and be capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Strong personality with the ability to take ownership of their assigned area.
  • Strong business acumen & financial understanding as well as effective negotiation skills.
