IESA is looking for key players in our rapidly expanding business as a provider of BPO solutions for Blue-Chip Organisations. Significant investment has been committed to attract a team of top achievers to build the company into a market leader.


Job Description:

Your role will be based in Dublin but will operate throughout Ireland.  IESA Ireland is a sister company of IESA Limited in Warrngton, Cheshire, which has a strong track record in the same business areas.

You will act as General Manger responsible for the management of the company’s operations.

Your duties will involve:

Key Responsibilities of this role include:
• Negotiating with suppliers through the entire Indirect Material remit.
• Managing new and existing contracts through implementation, training and ongoing to ensure IESA and Client KPIs are met.
• Identifying and generating new business leads.
• Maintaining existing relationships with clients.

Experience Required:

• Previous significant BPO or Industrial experience is essential.
• Previous experience within the engineering/manufacturing sector would be a bonus.

Essential skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational and presentation skills.
• Good team players with a strong work ethic.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
