An excellent fund accounting opportunity has arisen with an award winning Dublin Fund House. This role will expose the successful candidate to a full spectrum overview of the fund accounting process.

 

An excellent fund accounting opportunity has arisen with an award winning Dublin Fund House. This role will expose the successful candidate to a full spectrum overview of the fund accounting process.

Key Responsibilities

- Calculation of NAV's on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, as well as manual rechecking of the NAV calculations

- Pricing of securities held

- Daily administration duties including and not limited to payment of fees, transfer of funds and maturity of deposits

- Liaising with managers, internal auditors and other internal departments

Key Requirements

- Third level qualification, preferably in business, specialising in accounting and/or ACCA qualification or studying towards this qualification and/or 1 year's proven accountancy knowledge or training (preferably practice experience)

- 2 - 3 years' experience NAV calculation, however this does not preclude those with more experience from appying

- Proficency in Bloomberg and Excel

- Good organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
