Receptionist

Location: Dublin 6 

LHM Casey McGrath is the largest ACCA Practice in Ireland. We provide a comprehensive range of Audit, Assurance, Accounting, Advisory, Taxation and Business Consultancy services to the Irish and International Business Communities.

Our clients include owner managed businesses, publicly listed companies, Government and public sector agencies and not for profit organizations.

We are currently recruiting an experienced Receptionist who will be responsible for ensuring an efficiently managed and professional service at all times.

 Responsibilities

  • Taking care of the front desk reception which includes operating a busy switch board and ensuring all calls are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner
  • Meeting and greeting corporate clients and visitors
  • Management of Board Room bookings
  • Setting up boardroom facilities and organising catering as required
  • Sorting post and faxes for distribution on a daily basis
  • Organising courier/taxi collections and deliveries and alerting employees of incoming courier deliveries etc
  • Booking flights and accommodation as required
  • Issuing invoices
  • Responding to client statements and balance enquiries
  • General administration
  • Ad hoc duties

Required Experience

  • Previous experience of working in a busy reception within a corporate environment

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A “can do” attitude and high level of flexibility
  • Customer service orientated
  • Good IT skills with previous experience of using MS Office and outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with an ability to use initiative and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise workload
