Front Office Supervisor Role


Key Duties :

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Managing and overseeing the reception area
  • Managing and motivating a team of staff
  • Checking guests in and out using a reservation system
  • Answering the telephone in a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing rates and hotel availability
  • Answering e-mails and using other computer programmes such as Microsoft office
  • Adhering to hotel policies
  • Dealing with customers' requests and complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Assisting with the Sales & Marketing Department as required

The successful individual will have the following :

  • Previous experience working at a Hotel Front Desk essential
  • Previous experience managing a team of people
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work well as part of a team and on own initiative
