Experienced Finishing foreman to be based in the Midlands Area of Ireland.


3DPersonnel’s client is a large main contractor with operations through-out Ireland, they have been operating since the early 200’s and gone from strength to strength in the main contracting, fit-out and commercial construction sectors of Ireland.

3DPersonnel’s client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Finishing foreman to be based in the Midlands Area.


The successful candidate will be experienced in working on large residential sites. Prior experience working with projects that include POD construction methods will be desirable. 

Responsibilities included in this role are:

  • Liaise with the Project & Site Managers
  • Ensure works are carried out in the most efficient manner possible
  • Ensure contract costs are managed within the budget
  • Monitor construction with regard to Quality & Safety
  • Attend Site Meetings
  • Supervise all subcontractors and suppliers. 
  • Drive job to programme. 

Candidate requirements are as follows:

  • Have previous experience over-seeing the finishing of large residential projects
  • Have previous experience working with a top main contractor
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering projects to a high standard
  • Enthusiastic personality with strong work ethic
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Degree / Diploma Qualification or trade background
