Financial Administration Officer - Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce Invoices within the agreed service levels as agreed with the Credit Control Team Leader.
  • Follow up on outstanding monies owed in accordance with the credit control procedures, which include direct dealing with regional managers, brokers and clients as and when required.
  • Document and keep records in respect of each client account for the purposes of auditing
  • Action and update weekly reporting.
  • Resolve customer queries within CTZ service level.
  • Participate/manage project work when necessary
  • Complete reconciliation work on accounts as and when required.
  • Assist regional managers, brokers and clients in relation to credit control issues as and when required.
  • Provide support and relief work to other team members when necessary.
  • Liaise with Client Services to ensure amendments are up to date at the point of invoicing.
  • Continually monitor and review current practices and procedures including system processes and where necessary make recommendations in respect of enhancements.
  • Escalate problem accounts to Team leader.
  • Report weekly on productivity to Team leader.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service both internal & external
Experience Required

  • 2 years experience in a customer focused credit management environment
  • Experience working in pressurised environment and meeting tight deadlines and service standards
  • PC literate, with good knowledge of Word and Advanced Excel
