Job - Facilities Administrator / Coordinator

Immediate job opportunity currently exists for a Facilities Administrator/Coordinator the successful candidate will have strong coordination skills and a strong customer focus. The Facilities Administrator/Coordinator will manage day to day helpline and will be the first point of contact for all of facilities helpline requests.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Day to day responsibility of the facilities helpline process. Review existing process and optimize customer experience, manage the helpline database and provide timely accurate reports to facilities management team.
  • Work with facilities team to resource plan facilities helpline workflow.
  • Assist with day to day coordination of Facilities operations in a dynamic, changing environment, including managing site property pass, facilities website, organizing room setups for induction business meetings, etc.
  • Support the facilities department in a number of core programs, including, but not limited to quality programs, site housekeeping and vendor management.
  • Implement tools, standards, policies, guidelines and processes related to facilities management standards and in compliance with ISO14001.
  • Input on Facility Management improvement programs
  • Drive improvement changes in Facility Administration functions.
  • Supporting document control process.
  • Support site EH&S compliance as directed
  • Support Site security as directed

 

Qualifications & Experience:

Third level qualification in related field e.g. Facility Management, Operations Management, Customer Relationship Management or a similar discipline; relevant experience will also be considered.

  • Understand the business of Facilities & Real Estate in a Multi-national environment
  • Previous experience managing a customer helpline would be preferred with a strong knowledge of iWORK / Office tools.
