Job Title: Customer Services Administrator – Existing Business Ark Life

Aviva Role Level: A

Reports to: Existing Business Service Manager

Business Unit: Operations

Location: One Park Place

Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities of the position:  

  • Processing Existing Business transactions within agreed timeframes and service standards
  • Dealing with customer and FPC correspondence and telephone queries both verbally and in writing 

Skills / Experience Required: 

  • Will have successfully completed Leaving Certificate and preferably a third- level education
  • A detailed knowledge of / experience in the Life Assurance Business. A relevant Industry qualification would be an advantage.
  • High level of commitment, flexibility and enthusiasm
  • Strong Customer Focus with commitment to delivery of highest standards of customer service
  • Ability to analyse issues and problems, develop solutions and make sound and dependable decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player, ability to work as part of a busy team to meet team goals
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Capability to work on his/her own initiative to tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality
