This position is based in our EU Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland.

The role: Enterprise Small Business Sales Representative (Arabic)

Inspiring new clients to "go Google"?? is the charge of Google's Enterprise team. The Enterprise Inside Sales team evangelizes Google tools like Apps, Search and Chrome, to leading companies, schools and government agencies. As an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative, you reach out proactively to both large and small businesses, while articulating how Google's Enterprise Solutions can help make their work more productive, mobile and collaborative. (And then, you seal the deal!) You excel at product pitching, cultivating a strong base of new clients and working with fellow technical Googlers to devise solutions and support for your clients.

The Enterprise team at Google is on the front lines of helping the globe "go Google." ?? As an Enterprise Sales representative, you evangelize Google tools like Apps, Search and Chrome to leading companies, schools and government agencies. You champion the innovative power of our products to make these large accounts more productive, collaborative and mobile. You bring Google's portfolio into big and small companies around the world, and handling complex customer and stakeholder relationships comes easy to you. With a passion for Google products, you seal the deal and help make the world a more Googley place.

Responsibilities:

  • Using phone, email and chat - perform inbound (some outbound, and with partners) customer demand generation, responding to ---Incoming customer inquiries regarding their business-needs for Google Enterprise products.
  • Work with marketing to design product- and region-specific marketing campaigns and messages to drive interest.
  • Drive a revenue number, forecast accurately and over achieve sales targets by leading customers through a sales cycle.
  • Monitor customer feedback and translate customer needs into a better overall product experience.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to improve the product's vision and drive growth initiatives. Drive programs within your market to encourage new partner adoption and productivity.

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Sales experience with solid understanding of Google messaging and collaboration products.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Able to work independently but within a team environment.
  • Insightful, can suggest and implement changes to improve individual and team processes, sales methodology and user experience.
  • Master and maintain strong knowledge of market needs, competition and latest industry news and trends.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with fluency in Arabic and English. Be able to articulate when under pressure.
