This position is based in our EU Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland.

The role: Enterprise Premier Partner Account Manager (French and Arabic)

Inspiring new clients to "go Google"?? is the charge of Google's Enterprise team. The Enterprise Inside Sales team evangelizes Google tools like Apps, Search and Chrome, to leading companies, schools and government agencies. As an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative, you reach out proactively to both large and small businesses, while articulating how Google's Enterprise Solutions can help make their work more productive, mobile and collaborative. (And then, you seal the deal!) You excel at product pitching, cultivating a strong base of new clients and working with fellow technical Googlers to devise solutions and support for your clients.

As an Enterprise Premier Partner Account Manager you will help recruit, onboard, manage, support and promote Google Apps to a limited number of newly qualified and existing Google Apps resellers focusing on the SMB market. You will be responsible for achieving revenue quota through the reseller channel across the EMEA region. You require strong analytical skills to make and influence decisions in an ambiguous environment. You also possess keen ability to negotiate and work collaboratively with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all sales-oriented activities including marketing, advertising, promotions, training and other reseller related support.
  • Manage the funnel from interest to activations, providing assistance to on-board, and on-going support to resellers in a highly scalable manner.
  • Drive a revenue number, forecast accurately and operate across the EMEA markets.
  • Responsible for training & communication to resellers to maximise reseller activity, product knowledge and quarterly sales results. Represent the company to the reseller and the reseller to the company through daily interactions, forecast reviews and quarterly business reviews.
  • Leverage multiple resources (e.g. Channel Managers in EMEA, US, EMEA Channel Partner Team, Marketing, Sales Engineering) across geographies to fullest advantage and guide Resellers to optimise sales efforts and reduce lead-to-sales time.

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).
  • Must speak and write English, Arabic and French fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Technical degree.
  • Sales and Partner experience with solid understanding of Google messaging and collaboration products.
  • Experience in the IT industry with Sales, Partners and with key stakeholders in multiple countries.
  • Knowledge of the SaaS market and Reseller providers.
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity. Ability to work independently.
  • Highly skilled in building influential relationships and delivering in a cross-functional / matrixed environment. Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
