Digital Sales Manager
This young dynamic company is a market leading digital advertising agency. They have a multinational presence with offices scattered all over the world and have ambitious plans for growth over the next 12 months.
- Design and implement a winning sales strategy for the Irish market.
- Develop and manage the existing sales team of between 5-10.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets both as an individual contributor and team targets.
- Build, nurture and grow existing and new relationships with advertising agencies.
- Recruitment, target issuing, KPI allocation and general management of sales staff.
- At least 5 years experience in the advertising industry selling to both agencies and direct clients.
- 4 years managing a sales team.
- Experience pitching for and winning big ticket contracts.
- Strong understanding of selling advertising solutions.
- Known in the industry with key contacts in the top agencies and advertisers.
