We are seeking a detail oriented, tech-savvy, highly motivated, and innovative Digital Manager to join our Digital Team. The Digital Manager will be responsible primarily, but not exclusively, for coordinating the day-to-day activities for digital projects. We are looking for someone who can juggle a wide array of projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The Digital Manager will work closely with other marketing team members cross functionally across Lidl and must be able to communicate and collaborate in a positive and professional manner with all parties internally & externally.
The Role
  • Planning online campaigns
  • Ensuring quality and effectiveness of the company website, newsletters and app
  • Creating innovative designs, drafts, or presentations
  • Liaising with agencies to create the most effective online campaigns
  • Analysing campaigns and optimising future planning
  • Cost control in the digital area
  • Monitoring progress of all ongoing works ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Delegating and reviewing team assignments
  • Guiding and motivating fellow employees
  • Being the digital go-to person for Lidl
  • Looking at innovations in the digital space and assessing worthiness
  • eCommerce knowledge is a key part of this role
Your Profile
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing
  • 3rd level qualification
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a small team
  • Innovative
  • Adaptable
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical skills to measure program performance and understand key performance indicators
  • Self- motivated, proactive, takes initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines and multi-task
  • Experience in online video content is desirable but not essential
