Responsibilities:


Customer support including:

  • General queries/reservations from customer bookings regarding the properties
  • Deal directly with customers in a professional manner either by telephone or electronically (email/live chats)
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively by obtaining and evaluating all the relevant information from various sources
  • Manage the administration of customer cases by using internal systems to record all relevant information
  • Communicate and co-ordinate effectively with other teams based globally
  • Promote our sites with customers ensuring they always get the best possible advice & service
  • Other Ad hoc duties

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the wholesale travel industry a distinct advantage
  • Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Portuguese, Russian, Chinese and French
  • Good computer skills and experience in reservations systems an advantage
  • Experience in a customer support based background
  • Excellent telephone manner and administration skills
  • Candidate must be able to work Saturdays and shift work
  • 3rd level qualification in Business, Management or equivalent experience
