Job Title:  Customer Services Team Member

Hours:  08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday

Reporting To:  Divisional Manager

Company Profile:  Specialising in the medical device market, STOK Ireland delivers bespoke logistical fulfilment solutions including customer services support, order processing and consignment management to some of the world’s major medical device manufacturers.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • A member of the customer services team, supporting team members and customer requirements as required
  • Answering customer calls and responding to their queries:
    • Putting collections and deliveries on the system
    • Answering queries on previous activities
    • Providing quotations for exceptional requirements
  • Tracking of Deliveries
  • Dealing with customer systems, and all administrative requirements for the accounts
  • Working with the warehouse team, and covering warehouse activities, if required to meet customer requirements
  • Track, measure and report on customer specific KPIs and work on the improvement of the figures
  • Looking to continuously improve services provided to customer and sharing development ideas with management

Experience Required:

Experience in a customer facing role

Skills Required:

Enthusiastic and positive approach to all interactions – internally with team members and with customers

Proactive and dogged approach to follow through of activities on behalf of STOK customers

Able to work with strict time pressures

Able to demonstrate a strong customer service mentality, and understand that some things must be acted upon with urgency and immediacy

Excellent telephone manner

Excellent computer skills
